A. Y. Golam Kibria

a retired Additional Secretary to the Bangladesh Government, obtained his master’s degree in Political Science from Dhaka University. Throughout his career with Bangladesh Government, he occupied various positions within the Postal Department, Cabinet Division, RAJUK, Ministry of Women & Children Affairs, and the Parliament Secretariat. His areas of interest include democracy and human rights, women’s rights, and parliamentary affairs.
