Turn data into decisions someone will act on

The Data & Analytics standard certifies people who can take a question from a stakeholder, get to a defensible answer, and communicate it well enough to change what happens next. Pipeline hygiene and honest uncertainty are both assessed.

What this standard certifies

Six capability areas, assessed on evidence

Each area is evidenced from your own work. Assessors look for what you decided and why, not for a rehearsed answer.

Question framing
Turning a vague business ask into something answerable.
Data engineering
Pipelines, quality checks and lineage you can point at under scrutiny.
Analysis
Choosing methods that fit the data, and knowing when they do not.
Visualisation
Showing the result so the decision is obvious and not overstated.
Uncertainty
Communicating confidence honestly, including when the answer is thin.
Governance
Privacy, retention and who is allowed to see what.
