Project Leadership
The Project Leadership standard certifies people who deliver — scope, risk, money and people — and can show what happened when it went wrong.
The Business Analysis standard recognises people who can find the real problem behind a request and carry a clear evidence trail from need to result. It is assessed on requirements that survived contact with delivery.
Each area is evidenced from your own work. Assessors look for what you decided and why, not for a rehearsed answer.
The same six-level framework, expressed in the terms of this discipline. Experienced applicants can enter directly at a higher level through the portfolio route.
