Working with AI is its own profession now

The Human-AI Collaboration standard recognises people who get more out of automated systems than the systems get out of them — directing, verifying and knowing exactly when to take the decision back.

What this standard certifies

Six capability areas, assessed on evidence

Each area is evidenced from your own work. Assessors look for what you decided and why, not for a rehearsed answer.

Direction
Framing tasks so an automated system produces something useful.
Verification
Checking output against reality rather than plausibility.
Judgement
Knowing which decisions must not be delegated to a system.
Escalation
Recognising the moment to take the work back, and doing it cleanly.
Accountability
Owning the result regardless of what produced the first draft.
Team practice
Setting norms so a whole team uses these tools consistently.
